DMS Goes National Archives: Free COVID-19 Information Package for the POS.

In 2020, the pandemic profoundly changed the retail landscape. COVID-19 brought with it restrictions, lockdowns, and a great deal of uncertainty. That’s when we had an idea: Solidarity is what matters most in times like these. So we developed the COVID-19 Information Package — fast, free, digital, and available across the entire DACH region. The result? A huge success — and even a place in the National Archives.

Even now, long after the restrictions have been lifted, our information package is still being downloaded. The numbers continue to climb. No panic — we all hope things stay as normal as they are now. But the continued demand shows just how valuable clear, well-designed information remains.

The COVID-19 Information Package included helpful pictograms and animations, created by our colleague Mario Mersich, and quickly distributed to the press and our customers — even before the downloads really took off.
To date, the package has been downloaded more than 3,000 times — and counting. (And yes, we did ask for contact details — but consent could be withdrawn at any time.)

What makes us especially proud: this simple yet effective idea earned a place in the National Archives. It proved that DMS can not only respond quickly with tailored solutions for individual companies — but also step up with meaningful creative content for an entire industry when it matters most.
