So how do you take that experience to the next level? Enter the stunning Nespresso studio on Kärntnerstraße 9 in Vienna’s first district — the perfect setting for Live shopping, which brings an unforgettable customer experience right to people’s screens. Through this approach, we showcased the Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine in style, boosted capsule sales, and strengthened community engagement with insider tips and coffee recipes — complete with wow-worthy moments. In preparation, our CMO Oliver defined clear objectives, strategy, KPIs, and an implementation roadmap during a dedicated workshop.


Mario and Tommi took the lead on graphics, sound, cameras, live streaming, and full project management — with exceptional efficiency. The results speak for themselves: a smooth 30-minute live shopping show with a low dropout rate and nearly 1,000 views in the first month. And we also received this fantastic feedback:
