Digital Media Systems Launches Innovative Projects for Premium Retail and Showroom Clients

Over the past few years, numerous reference projects have demonstrated how this guiding principle is brought to life. DMS has made a name for itself with a series of standout projects and innovations:

  • In MOONCITY Vienna (Audi House of Progress Vienna), DMS delivered multiple digital enhancements tailored to each phase of the store’s evolution — from LED façade displays and orchestrated screen systems to interactive in-store games. Real-time frequency and density measurement is a consistent feature, implemented with full attention to data privacy compliance.
  • For COR+Interlübke in Vienna, DMS developed a 3D digital shop application in collaboration with a partner company, offering an immersive showroom experience.
  • One of the most striking examples is the Innovation Center at the Raiffeisen Ware Austria headquarters in Korneuburg. There, DMS combined digital signage, smart display technology, and custom content to present advanced technologies such as robotics and the use of drones in agriculture — turning complex innovation into an engaging visual experience.
  • At the new allnatura showroom in Vienna, DMS expanded the digital infrastructure with tablets, digital signage, steles, and media players, while also producing emotionally resonant content to reinforce the brand message. The interactive touch displays serve multiple purposes — from customer information and self-service to direct sales support.
  • Another highlight is the Live Shopping solution for Nespresso, implemented in the flagship store on Kärntner Straße, which has been nominated for the Austrian Retail Innovation Awards 2023 in the “Best Online/Mobile Innovation” category.


In addition to these visible deployments, DMS has also been actively collaborating with AI tool developers in recent months. The focus is on sales forecasting, as well as intelligent ad placement and personalized offers at the point of sale — reinforcing the growing role of Retail Media in future-focused marketing strategies.
