No Entry? How We Gained New Access to Public Traffic Together With SMART CJM.

This is our new use case — a software solution for online appointment booking and controlled building access. We all remember it: especially during the pandemic, offices and banks often displayed signs saying, No entry!

We wanted to change that. With the help of software, DMS can now implement a professional appointment scheduling and visitor management system within just 24 hours. In collaboration with SMART CJM GmbH, DMS offers a cloud-based solution that enables public institutions to respond quickly and effectively.

The system allows government offices, city administrations, banks, and other public-facing institutions — as well as private companies — to manage appointments online and regulate visitor access. Entry is granted only to visitors who have booked an appointment in advance via their PC or mobile device. If you’ve scheduled a time slot, access is quick and hassle-free.

Example Implementation: Customer traffic management and appointment scheduling during the COVID crisis in the Heilbronn district.

This is part of what we do: not only do we develop tailored solutions for individual companies, but also for entire industries — or in this case, for specific situations. After all, no one wants to wait in an overcrowded room or be turned away multiple times. The pandemic has presented major challenges in every area of life. But time and again, we’ve responded together with ideas and innovations that make everyday life a little easier.
