Now, the company is gaining additional strategic expertise: a top-tier advisory board made up of Alexander Deopito (53) and Stephan Ritter (45) is now supporting the Viennese company. Their joint work officially began with a strategy workshop alongside the DMS management team earlier this month.
DMS founder Michael Buchacher is optimistic about the collaboration:

Alexander Deopito, a seasoned management consultant, holds various advisory roles and serves as a certified supervisory board member and foundation board member. He is also a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on Consumer and International Retail.
Stephan Ritter is a recognized expert in digital transformation. As Senior Director at Publicis Sapient in Cologne, he leads the Retail and Telco divisions for the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
With this new advisory board, DMS gains two highly experienced professionals who will support the company’s ongoing mission to remain at the forefront of retail digitization — both in Austria and beyond.
